The original Kitchen Nightmares was awesome why change the formula when you had something that worked so good viewers wanted more. When he would inspect the kitchens and rip into the owners/chef was one of the best parts of the show it's now missing. Adding a 24-hour clock trying to make it more exciting is not helping it made it worst.
