Og fan of mafia series. It was ok, ive missed some things from the original, but it wasnt a dealbreak. Honestly its better than Mafia 3 to me. I have 4 copies of that shit, i give it a try every year or so. It just gets abondoned mid game. Cant help it how repetative it is. Storyline and visuals were top notch though.The second is a bit buggy but absolutely worth playing afterward. I hear that Mafia’s story is a lot better than Cyberpunk’s, and I’m the type of guy who puts the story as a priority compared to the visuals and graphics. Then again, I never played the original Mafia, but I think the remake mechanics ought to be comparable to or better than the mechanics of L.A Noire. The acceleration is great, but the brakes are terrible. The one part of the race track that causes me to always crash is the sharp turn that comes up after you've been driving straight for a while.Mafia 1 is an excellent "start from scratch" remake of the first game in the engine used in the 3rd game. Red Dead Redemption 2. A phenomenal 60 hour story, a peerless score, countless side activities and the most beautiful world, graphics, and presentation there is. This. No one has Rockstar beat when it comes to the polish and detail that goes into their open world games, but the Mafia games are still fun.
